Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and implement systems that improve efficiency.

  • Assist in budget planning, vendor management, and logistics coordination.

  • Develop and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas

  • Serve as the point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Executive Assistant, or in a hybrid role

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience managing remote teams and using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace).

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
