Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Admin Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative and operational support to a high-level executive. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5+ years of solid Executive Assistant experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a strong communicator, and can think and act strategically. This role also involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive initiatives forward, including tasks related to lead generation and CRM management.

Provide proactive and high-level executive support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Act as the liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Support project management activities and ensure the smooth execution of company initiatives.

Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.

Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to cross-functional projects.

Prepare reports, presentations, and agendas with minimal guidance.

Conduct data mining and lead sourcing activities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira, GoHighLevel)
