We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Research & Administrative Assistant to support our multifamily and commercial real estate operations. This role involves conducting online research, managing email communications, scheduling, preparing newsletters, and performing skip tracing activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with real estate tools such as CoStar and Podium.

Qualifications
Conduct online research to gather and verify property, ownership, and contact information.

Proven experience in research, data entry, or administrative support.

Knowledge of multifamily/commercial real estate preferred.

Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, etc.).

Familiarity with CoStar and Podium is an advantage.
